The Central Park Conservancy will celebrate a century of movie making in the Park at the 6th annual Central Park Film Festival, sponsored by Bloomberg L.P. The festival consists of free nightly screenings under the stars from Tuesday, August 19 — Saturday, August 23.Screenings include: Working Girl (Staten Island), Strangers on a Train (Queens), Moonstruck (Brooklyn), The French Connection(Bronx), and August Rush (Manhattan).

The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation will hold the Second Annual Breath of the Hamptons Benefit in Bridgehampton, NY on Saturday, July 19thto help fund vital research to find a cure for cystic fibrosis andextend and improve the quality of life for those affected by this genetic disease.
